At Fiora Chic, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • In original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order Number).

Responsibility and Fees

We believe in transparency regarding shipping costs and responsibilities.
Fiora Chic Covers Return Shipping When:
  • You received a defective or damaged item.
  • We sent the incorrect item (wrong size, color, or product).
  • Process: Contact us first. We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all freight charges.
Customer Covers Return Shipping When:
  • You ordered the wrong size or color.
  • You simply changed your mind or no longer like the item.
  • Process: You are responsible for the return shipping fee. The refund will include only the product price; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Before sending any item back, please email our support team at mailto:service@fiorachic.com with your Order Number and the reason for return. This ensures we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Step 2: Pack Securely
Pack your items securely in their original packaging. Include all tags and accessories. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 3: Ship and Wait
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method automatically.
  • Exchanges: We will ship your new item within 3 business days of receiving the return.

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
  • Shipping Address Changes: Once an order is packed or shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • Cash on Delivery: We do not accept returns sent via Cash on Delivery (COD). Such packages will be rejected.
