📦 Orders & Payment

Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If it’s not there, ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you still cannot find it, contact us at mailto:service@fiorachic.com with your order number.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
  • Cancellation: Possible only if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately.
  • Modification (Size/Color/Address): Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters our fulfillment center, changes may no longer be possible.
Q: The colors on the screen look different from the product. Is this normal?
A: We strive for accuracy in our photography. However, slight variations may occur due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions. If you have specific concerns about a color, feel free to email us for more details.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $89 USD.
For orders under $89, a flat rate of $9.99 USD applies.
Priority Shipping (7-10 days) is available for $19.99 USD.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Total delivery time consists of two parts:
  1. Processing Time: 1–3 business days (for quality checks and packaging).
  2. Shipping Time: 10–15 business days for standard international delivery.
    Total estimated time: 11–18 business days.
    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account on our website, click "My Orders," and view the status of your shipment.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship globally. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us at mailto:service@fiorachic.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Q: Can I return an item if I simply don’t like it?
A: Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Note: For non-quality related returns (e.g., size change, dislike), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Q: Are there any non-returnable items?
A: Yes. The following cannot be returned:
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked).
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  • Approval: Typically within 3–5 business days.
  • Refund Processing: The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
